Premium EVOO Estepa Virgin
Estepa Virgin is an olive fruit juice made exclusively from the most representative varieties of olives grown in the Estepa Designation of Origin territory, when the olives are still in the veraison stage, turning from green to reddish. It achieves a fruity sensory profile in the nose with a high note of olive leaf and herbaceous aromas with a background of almonds. On the palate, it is harmonious and complex with notes of apple, artichoke and other fruits as well as light bitter and spicy touches, characteristic of early harvested olives.
Best consumed raw, on toast, in salads and over pasta dishes.

It presents a complex sensation of evergreen nuances, with intensities of spiciness and bitterness that make it a very balanced oil.

Extra virgin olive oil from organic farming, in its organoleptic profile highlights a predominant fruity of green olives on the fruity of ripe olives, also presents sensory notes reminiscent of green almonds, vegetables such as artichoke, freshly cut grass and green olive leaf. Its entrance in the mouth is sweet with a slight bitterness and spiciness resulting very balanced and harmonious.
Ideal for green salads, fresh cheeses and cold soups. Its high quality is guaranteed by the Protected Designation of Origin Estepa.
Characteristics

Cold extraction
The entire process of extracting the oil from the fresh, healthy olives is carried out at a temperature below 27ºC, which allows the olives’ organoleptic properties to remain unaltered

High vitamin E content
Thanks to their high quality and composition rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, they have a high vitamin E content, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

Integrated production
Implementation of a system of agricultural techniques in the cultivation of olive trees and productive in the extraction of oil, respectful of the environment, with the certification of Ecological Production and Integrated Production.

Cooperative origin
Oleoestepa is an extra virgin olive oil producing cooperative that unites the efforts of 18 member cooperatives and their more than 7,500 olive-growing families to sustainably produce the best extra virgin olive oil from their more than 8 million olive trees.

Kosher certification
This seal refers to foods that comply with the precepts of Jewish law.
