Oleoestepa Arbequina D.O.P.Estepa
A relatively new olive variety in our olive groves, as all the plantations are under 30 years old, producing spectacular output levels of an extremely high quality. The fruitiness of this oil is well-balanced with the intensities of spiciness and bitterness. Its fruitiness is reminiscent of green fruit puree and tomato, while on the palate, it has a hint of green almonds. Ideal to drizzle over anchovy dishes, in mayonnaise sauces, vinaigrettes and to accompany fresh cheese.
Glass is the container offering the best hygiene and safety conditions. Oleoestepa uses dark glass because it offers extra virgin olive oil better protection from light and its oxidative effects. Glass containers also offer the possibility of recycling, making a positive contribution to the environment.
Tasting: The fruitiness of this oil is well-balanced with the light intensities of spiciness and bitterness. It has a sweet sensation on the palate, green almond flavour, resembling the scent of green fruit puree.

Cold pressed from olives of the dominant variety in the region of the Estepa Denomination of Origin. Harvested early, this extra virgin olive oil single variety hojiblanco has a very fresh aroma, fruity of green olives.
Its cold processing means that it has all its organoleptic properties intact, including its high vitamin E content, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
Its aroma is reminiscent of fresh grass, green olive leaf flavor with hints of apple and artichoke. Very fresh yet delicate with elegant bitterness and spiciness. Ideal for seasoning vegetables and grilled fish.
Its high quality is guaranteed by the Protected Designation of Origin Estepa and the international seal SIQEV.
Characteristics
Cold extraction
The entire process of extracting the oil from the fresh, healthy olives is carried out at a temperature below 27ºC, which allows the olives’ organoleptic properties to remain unaltered
High vitamin E content
Thanks to their high quality and composition rich in polyphenols and oleocanthal, they have a high vitamin E content, which contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.
Integrated production
Implementation of a system of agricultural techniques in the cultivation of olive trees and productive in the extraction of oil, respectful of the environment, with the certification of Ecological Production and Integrated Production.
Cooperative origin
Puricon S.C.A. is a first grade cooperative, located in the town of Aguadulce, made up of more than 200 olive-growing families.
